At SoulShine Spirit, every piece is handcrafted with love, intention, and meticulous attention to detail. Because my creations are one-of-a-kind, custom handmade, all sales are final, and I do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit.

Shipping Policy – USA
I ship all domestic orders via USPS First Class, ensuring a reliable and timely delivery. Once your order has been mailed, you can typically expect to receive it within 3–5 business days.
All domestic shipments include tracking, so you can follow your package’s journey to you. Please note that processing times for made-to-order and custom pieces vary and will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Once your package is in USPS’s hands, I am not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. If any issues arise, please reach out, and I will do my best to assist you in resolving the matter.
